With the first Jillian's opening in Boston in July 1988, the entertainment and dinning property jumpstarted the billiard themed restaurant industry.  Louisville, Kentucky based JBC Entertainment ("Jillian's") currently operates 15 facilities across the United States, and maintains plans for continued growth and development in strategic markets around the country.
